Daily Quote Challenge- 1/3

Having been a blogger for over two years now, I’ve been lucky enough to have been nominated for numerous challenges over the months. However, this is the first one that I’ve actually bothered to participate in, mainly because I’m a sucker for a good quote! So thanks for nominating me Chape, I appreciate it. 😀

Often the quotes that we’re drawn to the most are short, snappy and straight to the point, but in spite of their simplicity, they have the power to provide us with insight. When they catch us at the right moment they can inspire us, they can reassure us, they can make us feel like we’re not alone, they can motivate us and they can teach us. Other times they act as gentle reminders of what we already know, but due to the timing of their presence, they resonate with us so much better and we get one of those special ‘light-bulb switching on above our head-moments!’

So like I said, I’m a sucker for a good quote. And on that note, let’s get in to this!

Challenge’s rules:

  1. Post on three consecutive days.
  2. You can pick one or three quotes per day.
  3. Challenge three different bloggers per day.

Today I choose to challenge these three amazing bloggers:

And here’s my first quote of the challenge, by Christian D. Larson, enjoy: 😀

  1. Excellent quote. 🙂

And thank you for the nomination. I think this is my third one for the 3 Day, 3 Quote Challenge, so I’m going to do it just a bit differently this time by posting my quotes to Twitter. I hope you don’t mind.

  2. You are welcome, dear 😀
You know I´m Spanish, and sometimes I don´t understand a word.
Mainly because the quote is great and I will remember it for my own good…
I don´t understand what sucker means anymore 🙂

  3. I am honoured to be called ‘amazing’ and challenged. So thank you. Unfortunately, I really have enough to concentrate on keeping up with my daily blog and reading all those I follow. Not a question of ‘bothering’ – just limitations on time and energy.

    • Not to worry, I completely understand. I usually find myself in a similar situation, (hence why this is the first ever challenge that I’m actually doing!) but I stand by my words, you’re an amazing blogger! Keep up the good work Derrick 🙂

  4. I don’t usually do challenges but I do post quotes periodically so I will do this one as soon as I get back from m trip to Antalya. I only have my iPad with me and iPhone and though they allow for posting to instagram and trying to keep up with reading blogs I follow, it is too difficult to do actual posts from them, for me anyway. Luckily I saved drafts before I left that I publish each day but to do this I need to be home with my desktop. So on Sunday when I return I will begin the 3 days of quotes. Hope that is okay. And thanks for honoring me.
